Privacy policy

Effective from 11 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you send us a request or a message through applynue.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who processes the data

Data controller: Konstantin Ganev, Bulgaria.
Email for all questions about personal data: hello@applynue.com

What data we collect

We don’t collect special categories of data. Please don’t include information about health, religion, political views or similar in the form unless the document itself requires it.

Why we use it

We don’t use your data for advertising, we don’t sell it and we don’t share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

If a request doesn’t become an order, we delete the data within 6 months of our last communication. If it does, we keep it as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our legal obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Who else has access

We use providers that process data only on our instructions and under a GDPR-compliant agreement:

Emails you send us, or that we send you, are received and stored in a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Google’s privacy terms also apply to them.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, it happens under safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

The site doesn’t use advertising cookies. If you switch the site’s language, we remember your choice in one functional cookie (lang) for one year. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn’t track users across sites.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing. For any of these requests, write to us at hello@applynue.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: www.cpdp.bg.

Security

The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only the controller has access to the requests.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
